This process is ideal for a decorative finish on Ferrous metals where no dimensional change is required and no hydrogen enbritlement will occur. Machinery components such as printing press parts, conveyors, tools, aircraft maintenance tooling, rifles, guns, lathe parts, fine springs and delicate instruments; in fact all manufactured items that need a professional finish with rust inhibiting properties can be treated.

Ferrophos

If a black satin finish is required this would suit. Ferrophos offers great resistance to heat, rust and abrasion. Being inexpensive it becomes ideal for a cosmetic finish on all those little jobs needing to look professional. One advantage is the article can be coated when disassembled and will not lock up as with powder coating. A durable finish in any colour including gold's and silvers.

Spray Painting

Our process can spray paint practically any items brought by the clients e.g. springs, screw heads, bolt heads, pins, etc. to match whatever background. The paint can be client provided or we can provide. The end products are durable and aesthetic. A durable finish in any colour including gold's and silvers. Molybond

Molybond is a dry lubricant with many applications, which is bonded and coated onto the surface of metals. It's application, for example, on stainless steel bolts and nuts will stop the galling which saves cutting bolts during disassembly. Molybond can be coated on steel, brass, aluminum and stainless steel. Being corrosion-resistant, components coated with molybond are able to withstand 500+ hours of salt spray, making molybond ideal for adverse conditions.
